Here are the insurances I currently accept:
-Aetna
-Anthem BCBS (including Federal)
-Optima
-United Healthcare/Optum/GEHA
I am unable to accept Medicare plans, and do not accept Medicaid or insurances that are MCOs under the plans above. I am out of network for Tricare, and can seek out prior authorizations as a Certified Tricare Provider. For all other insurances, I am out of network, and will work with you to provide you with a superbill so that you can seek reimbursement directly from your insurance.
My rates are $150 for intakes/first session, $120 for 60 minute sessions, $100 for 45 minute sessions, and $45 for group sessions billed to insurance. Your insurance will determine what is owed for these sessions, and most are covering telehealth at this time. Please contact your insurance directly to inquire about your coverage and benefits.

Description
Adult support group for trans and nonbinary folks called transCEND, which stands for Counseling, Education, Nurturance, and Determination.
Hours
Meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month from 6pm-7:30pm. This group is meeting virtually at this time, and can accommodate more people than in person.
