Description:

Our Harrisonburg Community Resource Center provides:
-- Rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing and condoms.
-- Help navigating community services for housing, employment, health care, and other needs.
-- Help applying for Medicaid, SNAP, Lifeline mobile phones, and other public benefits.
-- Help searching and applying for jobs and rental housing.
-- A public computer lab and access to wi-fi.

We also offer recovery programs and peer support groups for individuals who want to overcome substance use challenges.

Hours:

Walk-in HIV and Hepatitis C testing is Wednesdays from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Community Resource Center is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Intake Process:

Walk-ins accepted when the Community Resource Center is open. To enroll in a recovery program, call for an appointment with one of our Peer Support Specialists

We provide emergency supplies to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and returning from incarceration. We can always use ponchos, emergency foil blankets, socks, first aid kids, female hygiene supplies, hand sanitizer, baby wipes, and non-perishable snacks.
