!Chesapeake Care Clinic's mission is to provide medical and dental services to the low-income and underserved individuals in Hampton Roads in order to fulfill our vision to improve the quality of life in our community.

Saturday-Monday closed
Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00AM-5:00PM
Thursday 9:00AM-6:00PM
Friday 9:00AM-3:00PM
Medication Pickup: Tuesday 2:00PM-5:00PM, Wednesday 9:00AM-12:00PM, Thursday 3:00PM-6:00PM, Friday: CLOSED
Program Fees:
No medical insurance
(including Medicaid, Medicare, or VA benefits)
Must meet income guideline, cannot exceed 300% of the federal poverty level
