The Botetourt County Health Department, part of the Alleghany Health District, offers a variety of programs and health services to enhance the health of the county!s citizens. Public health nurses, environmental health specialists and office support staff are dedicated to the mission of promoting optimum health, preventing disease and protecting the health of the community.
