FAHASS is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to positively impact individual and community health.
We provide a safe environment to learn, grow, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our staff is dedicated to providing quality service to clients, their families, and to the greater community.
We serve the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, Culpeper, Fauquier, King George, Madison, Orange, Prince William, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Westmoreland.

In-Person Meeting with Medical and Non-medical case manager for intake and assessment.

AIDS Service Organization
Description
FAHASS provides transportation assistance for HIV-related medical appointments to ensure that clients are able to maintain their medical treatment goals. Clients must contact their Medical Case Manager when with a transportation need. Once the appointment has been validated and the need for transportation has been established, the case manager will work with the client to select the best method for reaching the appointment.
