The Northern Virginia Regional Commission (NVRC) is a regional council of thirteen member governments in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC. For the fastest response, search www.novaregion.org/HIV. NVRC does not provide direct client services. NVRC can refer clients to agencies in the Northern region that provide client services.

8:30 AM- 5:00 PM, Monday- Friday (except federal holidays)

Restricted to people living with HIV/AIDS.
