Eligibility

Ages 18 and older; Seniors 65 and older; Individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia; Individuals with co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders; Forensic clients (referred from the court/judicial system);

Fees

Medicaid; Medicare; Client/patient fees (i.e., out-of-pocket); Private health insurance; Sliding fee scale (Fee is based on income and other factors);
