We provide primary health care services and referrals to speicalists. Our licensed pharmacy provides on-site prescriptions medications. In order to be eligible for services patients must be currently working, seeking employment, or disabled.

1st Thursday of Each Month 5 PM - 8 PM
4th Thursday of Each Month 5 PM - 8 PM

previously-qualified free clinic patients)
Monday of Each Week 9 AM - 12 PM
