Care Management provides HIV and Hepatitis C testing to anyone in need. Services are also provided to folks living with HIV and AIDS in the Shenandoah Valley.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

There are no fees associated with our service.

All languages are accommodated via the use of interpretation services.
Eligibility:
Care Management provides HIV and Hepatitis C testing to anyone free of charge.
Case Management is provided to folks living in our service area who are HIV positive and living at our below 500% of the federal poverty guidelines. For more information, please contact our office at (540) 432-3308.
