Primary care services; psychiatric services; individual psychotherapy and counseling; hormone therapy ! in consultation with endocrinologist; obstetrics/gynecological services; transgender clinic; vaccines; birth control (contraception); referral letters for surgery (including hysterectomy, transmasculine chest reconstruction, transfeminine breast augmentation, orchiectomy, facial plastic surgery) and for gender marker changes; referrals to other trans-competent resources provided, including gender confirmation surgeons. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurances. Sliding scale fee available.

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM ! 5:00 PM, by appointment only.
Adult Transgender Services Clinic is held 1st and 2nd Friday afternoon of each month.
