Description:
Primary care services, hormone therapy, OB/GYN services. Many services are available to youth; for hormones, must be age 16 or above. For ages 16 and older, PrEP and PEP services, STI Testing available. Services available in Spanish. Telehelth can be provided from all VLPP locations. Medicaid and most major insurance plans accepted, inlcuding Tricare as of 2020.

Sunday 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM By appointment only. Hours vary from week to week, please call. New hormone appointments can not be scheduled online. Call for an Appointment
