The Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP) of the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth provides screening, preventive and rehabilitative services for substance abuse/dependence. We offer IMPACT (level .5); Level I treatment; Level II Intensive Outpatient; Level III Residential treatment and Continuing Care. All of our programs meet criteria specified by local agencies such as the Virginia Safety Action Program (VASAP) and local courts.
