Gloucester-Mathews Free Clinic (GMFC) provides free medical, dental and prescription services to lower-income, uninsured residents of Gloucester and Mathews counties. GMFC patients are pre-screened and earn less than 200% of the federal poverty level. With the exception of holidays and inclement weather, GMFC provides medical services.
Hours:
?primary/acute medical care clinics are held every Tuesday and Thursday evening;
?chronic care clinics are held on Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings to meet the needs of patients' with chronic disease(s);
?dental care is provided by appointment through a partnership with Northern Neck Free Health Clinic;
?a monthly clinic is held in partnership with the "Every Woman's Health" Program to provide free pap smears and mammograms.
