Hours:
Vernon J Harris Medical Center: M-F, 8:00am- 5pm
Bermuda Medical Center: M-F, 9:00am ! 6:00pm
Intake Process:
Call to schedule appointment. You will then meet with a case manager and a provider to become an established client.
Program Fees:
If uninsured, a sliding fee scale is available.
Languages:
English and Spanish. Phone translation services available for other languages.
Eligibility:
Must be a resident of Virginia. Uninsured patients are welcome!
